Kristy H.'s Peace on Earth Recipe: Ingredients: 2 Oz Zamir Peacemaker Vodka 2 Oz Diet Ginger Ale 1.5 Oz Lemoncello 4-5 drops Blue Curacao 2 Tbs Sage & Rosemary Syrup* * Sage & Rosemary Syrup 6-8 Sage Leaves 2 sprigs of Rosemary 3 Packets Truvia 1/4 Cup Corn Syrup 1 Cup Water Directions: Step #1: Prepare the Sage & Rosemary syrup: - Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. - Simmer until truvia is completely dissolved. - Remove from heat and steep for 1 hour. - Strain sage and rosemary syrup into a small container Step #2: Combine ingredients. Combine 2 oz. Zamir Peacemaker Vodka, 2 Oz Diet Ginger Ale, 1.5 oz Lemoncello, 4-5 drops Blue Curacao, 2 Tbs sage & rosemary syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into your favorite peacemaking cocktail glass. Pour in the ginger ale and serve with a spring of rosemary. Enjoy with your favorite peacemakers - Cheers! Brian F.'s Russian Reindeer Recipe: Ingredients: 1½ oz Zamir vodka 2 oz cranberry juice Ginger beer 1 oz rosemary syrup (instruction to make below) Juice from ½ lime Lime slices, rosemary sprig and cranberries for garnish Directions: Step #1: Make rosemary syrup by placing equal parts sugar and water in small saucepan over a high heat. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Add rosemary (1 or 2 sprigs). Once syrup starts to boil leave on the stove for and couple of minutes then remove and allow to cool. Step #2: Fill a tumbler, mug, or your favorite glass with ice. Squeeze juice from 1/2 lime into glass. Pour Zamir vodka, rosemary syrup, and cranberry juice into the glass. Use a spoon and stir well. The ingredients should mix well and start to cloud in the glass. Then, top with ginger beer and give one more stir to incorporate the ginger beer into the drink. Garnish with a few lime slices, a rosemary sprig and a few cranberries. You can also serve this drink up. Follow instructions above and strain into a chilled martini glass.
